This is a very delicate knitted garment, to maintain its beautiful look and shape, please treat it gently.
To minimise the normal piling of the natural yarns:
- Fold it carefully after wearing and let it rest for a day, try not to wear it two days in a row
- Avoid rubbing against rough surfaces, objects etc.
- After washing, dry it flat on a towel to avoid excessive stretching of the fibers

Return information
Any return must be made from the country in which the purchase was made. All items must be returned in re-sellable condition: new, unused, unwashed and with all SERRÒ garment tags attached and in its original packaging, within 14 days of receipt.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you without any refund.
For any assistance you can reach us at shop@serro-fineknits.com. Please take care of the conditions with which the returned item is shipped. The courier is authorized to report any deformation of the package that could, in any way, alter the quality of the returned item. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we wil let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
For NON-UE country we refund the total amount of the order excluding customs duty and VAT.
